Nothing is True….Everything is Permitted… -The Assassin’s Creed

Does it have to be a save of the Wii version of Twilight Princess? Can having a save of the GameCube version work (I know that Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World connects to the GameCube prequel in the same way)? Or would having a save of Link’s Crossbow Training or Skyward Sword also work? I have the standalone original NA release, but I figured this system is identical in Trilogy.

The Ship Bumper Stickers can be unlocked in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption and in Metroid Prime Trilogy in the Bonus Gallery, where they can be toggled on and off after “purchasing” it. The stickers can then be seen on Samus Aran’s Gunship, and will appear if certain save files are on the Wii’s internal memory, showing where the player has “been”. Toggling this option on also adds a blue glow to the grooves at the top of this ship, representing Samus’ Phazon corruption.

This page lists the bumper stickers available for the Gunship in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, that come from various Nintendo series.

“If there is save data for a certain game in the Wii console, a sticker for that game will be stuck onto the hull of the Gunship.”

Whoever started using the word “canon” in this context, anyway?I hear it all the time now, and I’d like to slap him. – Green Gibbon!

The stickers represent every Nintendo-published Wii title released in America at the time (Eyeshield 21: Field Saikyō no Senshi was only made available in Japan), except for the most recent titles, Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree, Pokémon Battle Revolution, and Mario Strikers Charged.

^I’m fairly certain that your Wii needs to be able to detect that the game disc has been in the Wii before saves can work. Besides, I’d rather do it legit.

I doubt SS has the same effect because it came out after MP3/MPT. :/

Why not just download a save for the Wii version from GameFAQs? It’s not like you actually need the game for the bumper sticker to work.Unlocking the bumper stickers requires 3 red credits, 1 blue, 3 yellow, and 2 green, according to one of the FAQs.

Not hard to get, I think you should be able to get them pretty much from the introductory segment, other than the green friend credits, though there are people here who can help you with that.

Could always rent/borrow a TP Wii game for a bit, make a BS save, and that’s all if you really want the sticker. Besides, the sticker is rather awesome to look at, considering that it’s the most biggest one you can see when you get onto your ship.

Probably, but it may be worth checking ‘cuz maybe Prime 3 just looks at a “Zelda” header for the save file… I’m just happy with my GCN game and don’t want to go out of my way to get my hands on the Wii version of the same game for an easter egg connectivity bonus.

Dx Fortunately I happen to have both Crossbow Training and Skyward Sword save files, so I’ll probably find out for myself once I get Prime 3. At what point does the bumper sticker option become available in the game?

Hmm, I figured. Any idea if Link’s Crossbow Training or Skyward Sword might also work for the same effect? I know those games were released later, but perhaps there’s an off-chance that the developers designed their save files to register to Metroid Prime 3.

Nope, you need the Wii version. Shouldn’t be heard to get since it’s cheap compared to the Gamecube version.
